Cement Garden Bench – The addition of a living room in your garden can fix any landscape and provide an area to relax. Creating a bank on your own is much more special than the money you can buy everything. You can make a bench to adapt to your landscape and complement your garden.
Choose a design for your concrete bench. Use computer software or simply draw a three-dimensional model on paper. Choose a location to place the bank. Dig a dirt floor about 5 inches deep and large enough to accommodate the size of your created box. Allow about 5 inches on each side of the compensation box. Place the box mold over the hole. Use a level to make sure it is completely flat. Drive a wooden stake into the ground on each side of the box to help stabilize after pouring the concrete. Cement is a very heavy material that will cause the frame to move.

Mix the concrete together with water and a shovel. The amount needed will depend on how big the box is. Fill the mold box for the concrete top. Even the top with a trowel for a smooth finish. Let the concrete dry, usually around 24 hours. Remove the stakes and mold from all the concrete. Be careful when removing nails in the model, making sure not to burst the concrete structure. Wash the sides and top to remove loose concrete or accumulated dirt. Consider using a liquid stain or paint to add a decorative touch to your new bench.
